If the Opponent Is the Government, How to Protect Myself From the Prison?

Hello:

I am tariq from Jordan (medal east ) I decided to send you this for raising the issue of serious violation of human rights in Jordan.

it is sure you know about financial crisis which has engulfed all economic sectors in the world , especially banks , forex and Currency markets , all forex companies here lose Most investors deposits ! the government persuaded the people to go to the military courts to file a complaint against these companies, The charge is (the economic crime against country) .

Action:

1. People carried out the Government's request and filed a complaint in court martial.

2. After that, a government find the legal justification for arresting the owners of companies and put them in prison.

3. Closed all the companies were confiscated all their property and savings like Money, cars and offices.

4. A freeze on all property of families, money in banks, salaries, prevents them from travel, employment or access to any government document.

5. Government announced that it guarantee deposits of commercial banks .note: these banks retain the remaining funds from forex companies.

Violations:

1. The government canceled all commercial licenses that were granted to companies, and described as illegal.

2.The government has admitted that the global financial crisis and called for support of developed countries, but did not recognize that the issue of forex companies is an integral part of this crisis, and that loss was the result of the collapse of world markets and the fall of the value of currencies in all countries.

3.The lawyers stated that there was no legal provision in the constitution appropriate for this type of issues, and they feel regret that the government is to prosecute the owners of companies without reference to the laws, and the lawyers are restricted because they do not find a way to save their clients.

4. The status of these prisoners in solitary confinement and deprived of contact with their families.

5. Stripping prisoners of human dignity and their rights after they were legitimate businessmen have high moral value in society.

Finally:

This is big problem; i am talking about more than 2,000 companies and 5,000 company owner and finance managers, and don't forget their families, so we need help to save this people and keep their humanitarian.
