Hi there, i have taken the plunge and brought the forex autopilot software after reading some good reviews. The only problem is that even though all PDF files etc work and can be downloaded, the zip file with the 'robots124' is another story. I just keep getting "no zip file/bad zip file" message

Does anyone else have this problem? If so how can i fix it? Is it the file? Computer? Me?

I have sent an email to customer service regarding this but i figure i might get answers here well before they can get back to me????

Update – It seems that i have been downloading it all wrong. I have been tol that teh robot Zip files must be downloaded into metatrader file or something so i will give this a go and then get back. Incidentally i found that Squidoo business have some good advice regarding this as it seems im not the only download novice here….
